Overview

As a Bilingual Credit Analyst at First Help Financial, you will manage the application origination relationship between FHF and dealers, assessing risk and helping the team meet origination goals.

In Short

• Manage application origination relationships with dealers.
• Make timely and accurate credit decisions.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with dealers.
• Work with the Outside Sales team to improve app flow.
• Negotiate with dealers for the best possible terms.
• Conduct preliminary credit interviews with clients.
• Perform administrative and customer service duties.
• Full-time remote position.
• Flexible schedule with 4 days a week, 10 hours a day.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1 year of financial or banking experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and be self-reliant.
• Proficient in Excel and Outlook.
