Automatiq is seeking a Loss Mitigation Manager with 3+ years of experience to lead an onshore and offshore team handling ticket substitutions and replacements. This role focuses on optimizing systems, monitoring performance, and minimizing losses while ensuring SLA compliance.

In Short

• Lead the Subs/Replacement Team, ensuring SLAs and fulfillment timelines are met.
• Optimize substitution processes and track profitability.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of all Subs within company policy parameters.
• Maintain appropriate fault rates with marketplaces.
• Monitor sourcing of subs/replacements to prevent cancellations.
• Resolve complex customer issues and enforce policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and oversee analytics usage.
• Coach and develop team members through regular performance reviews.
• Manage team schedules and lead weekly meetings.
• Report on key performance metrics using internal tools.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in the ticketing industry.
• 1+ year experience managing a team or brokerage.
• Experience with process implementation and system development.
• Strong communication skills and ability to train new team members.
• Ability to build relationships with leaders of other departments.
• Familiar with Google Suite, Excel, and other relevant tools.
