• Support the Manager in managing the department.
• Ensure efficient operations and lead the team to achieve company goals.
• Manage complex accounts and processes including bankruptcy and legal claims.
• Oversee team performance and support staff development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in staff training and development.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Act as point of contact for escalated issues.
• Monitor team scheduling and adherence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in collections, litigation, or bankruptcy.
• Strong knowledge of federal regulations and compliance.
• Experience with drafting and filing legal documents.
• Prior experience negotiating with vendors preferred.
• Understanding of legal procedures and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire teams.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Operating Systems.
