In Short

• Responsible for growing New Customer Acquisition in direct marketing/mail, affiliate marketing, and Search Engine marketing.
• Build a team focused on optimizing spend in each channel.
• Tailor targeting to maximize results in each channel.
• Develop new tools such as targeting models and creative offers.
• Manage and optimize marketing campaigns and analyze performance data.
• Collaborate with the underwriting team for strategies and tests.
• Identify alternative channels to drive growth.
• Optimize affiliate algorithms for profitable volume.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis tools like SQL and Python.
• 7+ years' experience in a financial analytics role.

• Proven track record of managing and improving program performance.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Python.
• Ability to manage others and collaborate cross-functionally.
