That’s where we help. At Overstory, we use AI and advanced satellite imagery to pinpoint and prioritize vegetation risks before they materialize. By giving utilities critical analysis on those risks, we’re helping prevent outages, reduce wildfire risks, and accelerate the transition to a safer, more resilient grid.

Our team spans the Americas and Europe, and we work with utility partners across the Americas and beyond. We’re outdoor enthusiasts, musicians, artists, athletes, parents, and adventurers—15 nationalities strong and growing. • Own the end-to-end custom analytics process across multiple existing and new Overstory utility customers.
• Solve customer problems by understanding their goals and constraints.
• Perform analysis on large, complex datasets.
• Collaborate with product teams to turn customer insights into scalable solutions.
• Define new processes and delivery models.
• Create templates, playbooks, and customer-facing outputs.
• Make improvements to data analytics infrastructure.
• 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in management consulting.
• Passionate about tackling climate challenges with data-driven solutions.

Requirements

• Strong experience working with large datasets.
• Proficiency in Excel for data modeling and analysis.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to solve ambiguous problems and collaborate.
• Can work on US East Coast hours.
