Data Science, Customer-Analytics Leader - Remote

Overview

The Senior Manager, Member-Centric Analytics works with stakeholders to formulate, gauge, and prioritize business use cases by designing experiments, predictive/prescriptive models on large-scale datasets to address them. The person in this role will use statistics, complex analyses, and machine learning models to drive member value and business success.

Requirements

• 8+ years in a data science role with large datasets.
• 3+ years managing a team of data scientists.
• Expert knowledge in SQL, Python, and Spark.
• Experience in NLP and predictive analytics.
• Deep understanding of machine learning techniques.
• Experience with business intelligence tools (Tableau preferred).
• Experience with cloud-based Data Science platforms.
• Proficiency in scripting languages and ML platforms.
• Expert knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Master’s or PhD in relevant fields.
