Senior Manager, Software Development - Core Banking - Remote

Overview

The Senior Manager, Software Development – Core Banking manages analysis, design, development, testing, and deployments of Core Banking DNA solutions in multi-tier environments to meet business requirements and deliver on-time, within budget, and quality solutions.

In Short

• Lead and develop a large local and offshore team of at least 8 to 10 high-performing Software Engineers.
• Recruit to ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Meet established department metrics for quality member experience.
• Develop reliable, scalable, and high-performance Core Banking solutions.
• Manage solution releases and deliver IT solutions to meet business needs.
• Execute large scale enterprise programs and projects.
• Create and manage project budgets.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align and deliver quality solutions.
• Evaluate and manage security risks in solution design.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in software development and team management.
• Deep knowledge of Agile SDLC methodologies.
• Expertise in Core Banking Fiserv DNA and related solutions.
• Experience in full stack development including PL/SQL, SQL, Perl, Python.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven project management skills.
• Ability to foster strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s preferred.
