Commercial Lending Specialist I - Remote

Overview

The Commercial Lending Specialist assists in processing, tracking and fulfilling ongoing servicing of the commercial loan portfolio.

In Short

• Collect, track, review and archive active loan reporting requirements
• Monitor covenant tracking system for hazard insurance, rate changes, UCC filings, annual reviews and loan maturities
• Review commercial lending documents to ensure loan covenants are met
• Perform post-closing commercial loan audits
• Collaborate with borrowers and vendors to support loan servicing

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in commercial lending loan servicing
• Minimum of 9 credit hours of accounting preferred
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Ability to identify issues and recognize legal implications
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
• Strong business communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to establish credibility with stakeholders
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
