Overview

The Senior Commercial Portfolio Analyst manages an existing commercial loan portfolio by effectively liaising with internal and external business partners.

In Short

• Analyze existing complex business and commercial loans.
• Complete financial and repayment analysis.
• Partner with borrowers, lenders, and legal counsel.
• Request, collect, and review documentation.
• Create and present loan portfolio reports.
• Oversee compliance monitoring database.
• Maintain knowledge of products and regulatory requirements.
• Manage requests in Commercial Lending Servicing.
• Participate in department projects and initiatives.
• Mentor other Analysts.

Requirements

• 5 years’ experience in commercial lending portfolio analysis.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
• Ability to present complex lending information.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Strong business communication skills.
• Ability to establish credibility with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related fields preferred.
