In Short

• Lead the EDM team of approximately 15 people.
• Focus on designing and implementing data solutions.
• Engage with Compliance, IT, Operational and Analytics units.
• Lead the organization in migration to cloud solutions.
• Provide leadership for development and implementation of EDM strategy.
• Develop and maintain relationships with IT vendors.
• Support the rollout of new features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define requirements.
• Manage and work with key vendors for project delivery.
• Perform root cause analysis for production errors.

Requirements

• 10+ years in IT leadership and delivery of enterprise data solutions.
• 8+ years of active database experience in data warehouse and ETL solutions.
• 10+ years of experience with SQL Server.
• Knowledge of Database Cloud Technology like Fabric and Azure SQL.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and desire to succeed.
