Enterprise Data Governance Manager - Remote

Overview

In exclusive collaboration with the management of our partner INNIO Jenbacher, the engineering pioneer in sustainable green energy solutions and services, we are looking for you as an experienced and committed Enterprise Data Governance Manager.

In Short

• Responsible for enterprise data governance for the entire group.
• Develop a comprehensive data governance structure for all data domains across the entire lifecycle.
• Work closely with subject matter experts and process owners to define and continuously improve data management rules.
• Develop a central concept for KPIs, reporting structures, and data ownership/stewardship.
• Drive change in data handling and persuade stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in data governance or master/enterprise data management, ideally in a complex industrial environment.
• Experience in building a data governance structure is a plus but not mandatory.
• Understanding of data flow through the BI landscape and how data structures can be improved.
• Conceptual and analytical thinking with hands-on capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills to engage critical staff with your ideas.
• Able to juggle multiple stakeholders and creatively solve challenges.
• Experienced in change management.
• Fluent in both German and English.
