Overview

The Crown Estate is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Data Governance Manager to join our dynamic Data Management & Governance team. This role is crucial in driving improvements and ensuring data integrity across our Core Property systems.

In Short

Collaborate with business stakeholders to enhance business processes.
Document governance standards and update user guidelines.
Partner with the Data Quality Manager to resolve data quality issues.
Engage in Data Governance projects related to Property data.
Establish definitions and standards for key data fields.
Act as a liaison for process improvement with Managing Agents.
Ensure alignment and quality of information across systems.
Work with various teams to develop delivery plans.
Suggest changes to improve user experience and data quality.
Assist in creating data field definitions for the Data Dictionary.

Requirements

Proven experience in data governance in property sectors.
Excellent skills in Data Quality Management and Reporting.
Proficiency in property database management, MRI Horizon preferred.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholder engagement.
Flexibility to work both in-person and remotely.
A self-starter with strong initiative.
