• Manage complex mass tort and class action settlement programs.
• Serve as a strategic liaison between the firm and clients.
• Partner with attorneys and cross-functional teams.
• Lead development and implementation of project plans.
• Primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Manage time and priorities across multiple projects.
• Author and review critical documents and reports.
• Support internal executives overseeing settlement programs.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in the legal field.
• 5+ years of experience managing mass tort and class action programs.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience as a paralegal or in a legal support role is a plus.
