In Short

• Translate product strategy and customer insights into clear, actionable product requirements and prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure timely, resource-efficient delivery.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that balances long-term strategy with short-term deliverables.
• Own and manage the product backlog—organizing, refining, and prioritizing to maximize value.
• Monitor product development from concept through launch, ensuring quality and alignment with goals.
• Regularly communicate updates to stakeholders and ensure feedback loops are in place.
• Organize and participate in the planning, review and delivery of releases with cross-functional teams.
• Champion an iterative, agile-inspired approach—focused on shipping value early and often.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Product Management, or related field (or equivalent practical experience or certifications).
• 5+ years of experience working within a software product team in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Proven experience with workflow and product management tools like Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or Trello.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to assess business value and prioritize features accordingly.
• Comfortable navigating and resolving competing priorities from multiple stakeholders.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across functions and teams.
