• Collaborate with attorneys and team members to develop and manage settlement programs.
• Build project plans to track goals and tasks.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to share progress.
• Administer platform settings for settlement programs.
• Leverage client feedback to enhance claims processing efficiency.
• Deliver program updates through data analysis.
• Manage time and priorities across multiple projects.
• Draft key documents related to settlement programs.
• Provide support to internal executives.
• Prepare settlement program reports for management and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years experience in a legal environment or 7+ years in client service/software.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with mass tort and class action programs is a plus.
• Paralegal experience is a plus.
• Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
