In Short

• Manage contract strategy for the Grand Paris Express metro projects.
• Lead and support a team of 4 to 10 members.
• Act as a liaison between client teams and contractors.
• Provide daily contractual support to project operations.
• Draft and analyze contractual documents and requests.
• Evaluate contractual changes and claims from contractors.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation plans.
• Manage contract scope changes and negotiation strategies.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing within the contract management team.
• Conduct experience feedback sessions at various project stages.

Requirements

• Master's degree (Engineering, University, MBA, etc.).
• At least 15 years of experience in managing complex public and private projects.
• Strong negotiation skills and critical thinking.
• Team-oriented with a proactive approach.
• Experience with FIDIC contracts is a plus.
