As a Product Designer at Pattern Data, you’ll own design quality, system integrity, and UX readiness across our product. You will partner with Product and Engineering to shape intuitive workflows, maintain a cohesive design system, and ensure what we ship is usable, elegant, and adoption-ready.

In Short

• Own end-to-end interaction and visual design quality across product areas.
• Partner with Senior PM and Product Owner to explore solutions and clarify workflows.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and conduct usability checks.
• Own and evolve our design system ensuring consistency across the product.
• Drive UX readiness for launch with design QA and user validation.
• Protect system integrity while making pragmatic tradeoffs.
• Use quantitative and qualitative signals to monitor design success.
• Work with marketing and sales teams on collateral and brand identity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience shipping digital products.
• Strong interaction design skills with a focus on user-centered flows.
• High visual/UI craft with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Figma and creating developer-friendly specs.
• Design system experience with a focus on maintaining integrity.
• Usability and validation mindset for improving solutions.
• Clear communicator and strong collaborator.
• Ownership mentality for design quality and UX readiness.
• Team-first approach in a collaborative environment.
