In Short

• Design intuitive experiences for complex legal workflows.
• Own design for meaningful product areas from concept through launch.
• Partner with Product Managers to shape product strategy.
• Design flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Collaborate with engineers for high-quality execution.
• Contribute to Spellbook’s visual language.
• Support with other responsibilities as required.

Requirements

• Several years of experience designing web products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design thinking.
• Experience designing for B2B SaaS products.
• Attention to detail and a love for design.
• Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
