Overview

Spellbook is looking for a Legal Solutions Architect to serve as our in-house legal expert and product strategist, working at the intersection of legal practice, product design, and sales enablement.

In Short

• Work with legal teams to map workflows and configure Spellbook.
• Translate customer feedback into product features for improved adoption.
• Support onboarding and ongoing success with legal expertise.
• Develop training materials and documentation for users.
• Represent Spellbook in webinars and industry events.
• Troubleshoot workflow issues and refine best practices.
• Other responsibilities as required.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 3–5 years of transactional experience.
• Familiarity with contract negotiation and drafting workflows.
• Understanding of Large Language Models and AI.
• Self-starter with strong product instincts.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with teams.
• Strong communication skills, experience presenting to audiences.
