Overview

As a Solutions Analyst at Pattern, you’ll be the technical backbone of our Client Success team, helping translate business challenges into actionable solutions by troubleshooting issues and managing data operations.

In Short

Pull and analyze client-specific data for insights.
Map, clean, and upload data for client requests.
Set up API access and utilize API for document/data transfer.
Provide practical solutions to technical issues.
Facilitate file transfers and troubleshoot issues.
Validate data and outputs for accuracy.
Create and maintain documentation of workflows.
Identify opportunities for process enhancements.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in a data-focused role.
Expertise in Excel, SQL, Python, and Groovy.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills for technical translation.
Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
