Overview

We are seeking a Catalog Operations Analyst to join our market-leading, fast-growing, event ticketing technology company. In this role, you will be responsible for publishing, maintaining, and managing event and ticket level data for Automatiq’s event catalogs.

In Short

• Enhance Automatiq’s event catalog by adding events and maintaining data.
• Handle requests for new event catalog changes and troubleshoot issues.
• Monitor schedules and on-sales for event creation.
• Work with product teams to enhance tools for efficiency.
• Look for opportunities to improve internal processes.
• Update event information for high-profile events as needed.
• Be a passionate fan of live entertainment.

Requirements

• High School diploma with 2+ years of related experience or an Associate’s degree.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
