Overview

The Senior Contract Manager plays a critical role in our ability to achieve our goals by creating, managing and maintaining strong relationships with business teams and establishing client and vendor contracts for those business teams.

• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating all commercial agreements.
• Ensuring adherence to company policies and contracting standards.
• Coordinating execution of agreements and tracking expirations.
• Assisting in the design and maintenance of contract files.
• Improving processes related to contract execution.
• Communicating status of contract negotiations to stakeholders.
• Managing contract closeout, extension, and renewal.
• Working cross-functionally with various teams.
• Maintaining strong relationships with business teams.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Post Secondary Degree or Certificate.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial contracts.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills.
• Good judgment and proactive work style.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines on multiple projects.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Fluency in English.
