Senior Paralegal/Contract Specialist - Remote

DWF is looking for a Senior Paralegal/Contract Specialist for a 12 month contract role. This is a fully remote opportunity offering $35-$40/hour, with flexibility to work from anywhere in the US-provided you can support Eastern Standard Time hours.

In Short

• Review and negotiate high-volume of Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs).
• Administer CDA requests in contract management system.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to complete CDA requests.
• Provide guidance to requesters throughout the CDA process.
• Support various contracting administration matters.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Prior in-house contract drafting and negotiation experience preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with contract management systems and Microsoft technologies.
• Problem-solver and team-player willing to take initiative.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous pharmaceuticals, clinical or biotechnology experience is a plus.
