Overview

The Paralegal Contracts Specialist will support the management of the full lifecycle of contracts essential to research and collaboration activities at bluebird bio.

• Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements including CDAs, MTAs, and SRAs.
• Support legal and scientific teams in executing agreements.
• Maintain and organize the contract management system.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience required.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in biotech or pharmaceutical settings.
• Familiarity with pre-clinical research operations.
• Experience with CLM systems and document management tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
