Overview

WRS Health is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Contract Specialist / Paralegal to join our team. This dual-focused role combines contract management expertise with support for HR-related legal activities.

In Short

• Draft, review, and prepare legal agreements, including various contracts.
• Administer and manage the contract management database.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of company legal documentation.
• Conduct legal research to support company initiatives.
• Evaluate and resolve legal issues or disputes.
• Assist with drafting and execution of legal agreements.
• Support HR with employment contracts and compliance-related documentation.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies; Juris Doctor is a plus.
• A minimum of 3+ years of paralegal experience is required.
• Experience in U.S. healthcare contracts is preferred.
