• Draft and review legal agreements including NDAs and employment contracts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies; Juris Doctor is a plus.
• 3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in U.S. healthcare contracts.
• Familiarity with contract management tools like Concord.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe applications.
• Strong background in HR and labor law.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
