In Short

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of contractual agreements.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding contract terms.
• Assist sales team and other departments during the contractual process.
• Assess contract performance and improve templates.
• Provide contract training to internal departments.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks.
• Manage contract change requests and documentation.

• Law Degree from a European country.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Contract Specialist.
• Advanced proficiency in Italian, Spanish, and English.
