Recruiting Coordinator - Remote

Overview

Sellfire is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. This role is remote-forward, with possible travel for future team gatherings and key events. You’ll play a critical role in supporting our growing team by owning interview scheduling and candidate coordination across both internal hires and our Sellfire Connection community.

In Short

• Coordinate interviews and meetings with speed and precision.
• Maintain communication with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Own candidate data hygiene and pipeline updates in Ashby.
• Serve as the first impression of Sellfire’s hiring process.
• Support light onboarding logistics and documentation post-hire.
• Manage logistics and communications for Sellfire Connection candidates.
• Anticipate scheduling challenges and proactively recommend solutions.
• Streamline and improve coordination workflows based on feedback.
• Take initiative in building structure and documentation around candidate experience.
• Work directly with the Head of People and senior leaders.

Requirements

• 1–2 years in recruiting coordination, HR support, customer success, or operations.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Calendar, Slack, and an ATS.
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communicator across email, Zoom, and Slack.
• Able to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working remotely with a distributed team.
• Eager to take initiative and continuously improve.
• Approachable, dependable, and team-oriented.
