In Short

• Own interview scheduling from end-to-end across multiple time zones.
• Anticipate recruiter and hiring team needs to solve scheduling conflicts.
• Act as a strategic partner to recruiters by managing logistics.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to ensure a polished experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve coordination workflows and candidate experience.
• Support data hygiene in our ATS and partner on performance tracking.
• Assist with hiring events and other ad hoc TA projects as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting coordination or scheduling experience.
• Proficiency in GSuite, Ashby (or similar ATS), and scheduling tools.
• Strong communication skills, able to build trust with stakeholders.
• A mindset rooted in ownership, urgency, and pride in delivering high-quality work.
• Experience scheduling across time zones.
• Comfort managing shifting priorities without dropping the ball.
• A desire to make things better and fix broken processes.
