AssistRx is searching for a hardworking and detail-oriented team member to serve as Recruiting Coordinator. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for relationship building and an ultimate goal to grow their experience in the Corporate Recruiting space. This position will have the option to work fully remote from home.

• Provide administrative and clerical support for the Talent Acquisition department.
• Focus on Sourcing and Scheduling.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy for all employee and company information.
• Post open positions on various platforms.
• Coordinate complex interview scheduling.
• Coordinate background checks for employees.
• Utilize online channels to find potential candidates.
• Review resumes to assess qualifications.
• Develop strategies to attract passive candidates.
• Assist with new hire orientation as needed.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Experience in recruiting or HR is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media recruiting.
