Overview

We are seeking a remote Recruiting Coordinator to streamline the recruitment process for our AI start-up client, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and efficient interview scheduling.

In Short

  • Coordinate approximately 100 interviews per week.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Act as the primary contact for candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and the recruitment team.
  • Schedule phone screens, video interviews, and on-site interviews.
  • Prepare and distribute interview schedules and candidate materials.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive candidate information.
  • Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies during recruitment.

Requirements

  • Two+ years of recruiting coordinator experience.
  • Experience in a tech start-up environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with G Suite, Greenhouse, Jira, and Calendly.
  • Able to handle scheduling of 100 interviews weekly.
