Overview

The Recruiting Coordinator will manage communication with interviewers and candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience and effective coordination of interviews.

In Short

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones.
  • Guide candidates during onsite interviews.
  • Coordinate candidate travel and manage expense reimbursements.
  • Maintain data integrity in the applicant tracking system.
  • Evaluate process improvements for scheduling efficiency.

  • Generate and analyze scheduling metrics and reports.
  • Collect feedback from interviewers for evaluation.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of Recruiting Coordination or relevant administrative experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Excellent client service and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in compliance with HR policies.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software.
