• Supports the Talent Acquisition Partners during internal and external recruiting processes.
• Makes recommendations to improve processes and implement new programs.
• Demonstrates problem solving skills during the recruitment process.
• Maintains effective communication with employees at all levels.
• Provides support for onboarding new hires.
• Sources top-tier talent and nurtures relationships with candidates.
• Ensures data integrity in the ATS (Greenhouse).
• Uses data as a tool and measure of success.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting coordinator experience.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and calendar management experience.
• Proven track record of context switching and proactive task completion.
• Working knowledge of Greenhouse ATS preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
