Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist at Synack, you will provide front-line support for client assessments in a remote environment, ensuring customer success through effective troubleshooting and issue management.

In Short

  • Support execution of client assessment deliverables such as reporting and scheduling.
  • Troubleshoot issues reported by clients and team members.
  • Monitor support queues for timely resolution of inquiries.
  • Ensure service level objectives are met across client portfolios.
  • Escalate issues and collaborate with technical teams for resolution.
  • Provide holiday coverage on a rotating basis.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive mindset and initiative on tasks.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Collaboration skills for working with various teams.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Experience with customer support tools like Zendesk, Jira, Salesforce is a plus.
  • Knowledge of vulnerability management concepts is a plus.
  • Familiarity with networking protocols and cloud configurations is a plus.
