Clinical Recruiter - Contract - Remote

In Short

• Source, screen, and interview highly qualified and diverse clinical professionals (RNs, APRNs, physicians).
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain consistent and timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
• Accurately document candidate activity, interview notes, and recruitment metrics in the applicant tracking system and relevant tools.
• Ensure all recruiting activities comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Perform other recruitment-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of recruitment best practices, particularly in clinical hiring.
• Familiarity with relevant tools and programs such as Airtable, Calendly, LinkedIn, and Google Workspace (G Suite).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• At least one (1) year of experience in clinical recruitment (RNs, APRNs, or physicians).
• At least two (2) years of recruiting experience.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a healthcare or clinical setting.
• Demonstrated success in building strong candidate pipelines and meeting hiring targets.
