Clinical Recruiter - Remote

Overview

PhyNet Dermatology, LLC is seeking a driven and collaborative Advanced Practice Provider Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This role will focus on the full-cycle recruitment of Advanced Practice Providers (Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants), Aestheticians, and support initiatives across the broader provider recruitment strategy.

In Short

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Advanced Practice Providers and Aestheticians.
• Source candidates through various channels.
• Oversee provider job board platforms.
• Partner with physician recruiters.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS.
• Support recruitment marketing and branding efforts.
• Assist in special projects to improve recruitment efficiency.
• Represent the organization at recruitment events.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in provider or healthcare recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and networking skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• High level of organization and follow-through.
• Familiarity with ATS; experience with Greenhouse is a plus.
• Ability to travel periodically for team meetings and events.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
