Overview

FORM Health is a virtual obesity medicine clinic delivering multi-disciplinary evidence-based obesity treatment through telemedicine. We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Recruiter responsible for high volume sourcing, recruiting, and hiring of care & clinical team members.

In Short

• Lead and drive full cycle sourcing, recruitment, and hiring of clinical team members.
• Develop top of funnel strategies for active candidate sourcing.
• Collaborate with hiring leaders to align talent acquisition with business needs.
• Improve and streamline recruiting systems and processes.
• Maintain the applicant tracking system for accurate recruiting metrics.
• Stay updated on state licensing and credentialing requirements.
• Engage with candidates to promote FORM Health.

Requirements

• 5+ years of clinical recruiting experience.
• Experience in high volume recruiting.
• Proficient with Greenhouse ATS.
• Energetic and adaptable personality.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Digital health startup experience is a plus.
