Overview

We are looking for experienced Clinical Recruiters to join our team on a 6-month temporary contract to support high-volume provider hiring.

• Manage high-volume recruitment of clinical providers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in high-volume provider recruiting.
• Strong ability to source and close candidates efficiently.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and multi-task effectively.
• Strong sense of urgency while maintaining professionalism.
