Senior Clinical Recruiter - Remote

Overview

The Senior Clinical Recruiter will be responsible for the overall clinical recruitment activities of the assigned region, ensuring the execution of all recruitment activities from candidate sourcing through contract negotiations.

• Responsible for clinical recruitment activities in a designated region.
• Assist with sourcing and lead referrals for open positions.
• Provide backup support to current recruiters as needed.
• Participate in recruiting events and represent the organization.
• Track candidate activity using ATS and report on progress.
• Coordinate initial candidate interviews with the clinical interview team.
• Ensure timely updates for candidates regarding their status.
• Promote the Training Outreach Program during recruitment.
• Mentor new recruiters as needed.
• Assist with special recruiting requests.

Requirements

• 7+ years of healthcare recruitment experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare administration.
• Experience in physician and clinician recruitment.
• Proactive in candidate lead generation and recruitment strategies.
• Knowledge of physician practice models and compensation models.
• Ability to recruit across multiple states.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Up to 5% travel required.
