• Drive full-cycle recruiting including the development and execution of recruiting and sourcing strategies.
• Identify talent sources and networks to develop a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Establish and maintain solid working relationships with hiring managers and leadership.
• Interview and screen candidates, making recommendations to hiring managers.
• Focus on hiring manager and candidate experience.
• Exceed at candidate outreach and marketing through various platforms.
• Coach managers on all aspects of recruiting.
• Participate on a worldwide recruiting team to fill current openings.
• Help define and implement recruiting strategies for technical roles.
• Leverage data to influence talent decisions and strategy.

Requirements

• Senior level experience in internal recruitment in a corporate environment.
• Ability to leverage local network for identifying and engaging candidates.
• Proven success sourcing candidates for various technical roles.
• Demonstrated track record of building effective working relationships.
• Positive attitude, high degree of ownership, and focus on results.
