Abby Care is on a mission to support family caregivers by building a tech-powered care platform. We are looking for a Clinical Recruiter to join our team and help recruit healthcare professionals.

In Short

• Full-Time Remote opportunity based in the United States.
• Recruit for clinical roles such as RNs, LPNs, and Clinical Instructors.
• Collaborate with hiring teams to define hiring requirements.
• Utilize various sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of clinical talent.
• Manage the internal pipeline of applicants using Greenhouse ATS.
• Stay updated with healthcare hiring trends and best practices.
• Work closely with credentialing and HR teams for onboarding.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in full cycle recruitment for clinical/healthcare roles.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with recruiting analytics preferred.
