Overview

Apollo.io is seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization Manager to help scale our organic and paid conversion efforts, focusing on improving the user journey from SEO-driven and paid acquisition funnels to conversion.

In Short

  • Own and execute conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
  • Develop and manage A/B tests and personalization strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth user behavior analysis using analytics tools.
  • Optimize website UI/UX and CTA placements.
  • Collaborate with SEO and Content teams for landing page enhancements.
  • Work with Paid Acquisition teams to improve post-click experiences.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering for tracking and optimizations.
  • Establish a data-driven CRO experimentation framework.
  • Develop insights on customer segmentation and personalization.
  • Report on CRO test results and revenue impact.

Requirements

  • 3-6+ years of experience in CRO, growth marketing, or UX optimization.
  • Strong proficiency in A/B testing platforms.
  • Experience with website analytics and user behavior tracking tools.
  • Strong understanding of SEO-driven CRO strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in funnel analysis.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience optimizing multi-step sign-up flows and lead gen forms.
  • Strong ability to interpret data and recommend actionable strategies.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Passion for experimentation and continuous improvement.
