  • Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Program Manager.
  • Lead cross-functional execution of compounding initiatives.
  • Ensure project delivery across various operational aspects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Proven success in managing capital projects and equipment installations.
  • Strong understanding of sterile compounding workflows.
  • Knowledge of cGMP and FDA requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed.
