Engineering Program Manager (CTOR) - Remote

Overview

The Engineering Program Manager (CTOR) will lead global operations and supply chain on new product introduction projects, working with cross-functional teams to drive successful development and commercialization of new products.

In Short

• Lead cross-functional teams through the product development process.
• Establish and implement operational plans and strategies.
• Develop project strategies and plans including budget and schedule.
• Champion the voice of operations in project discussions.
• Ensure compliance with Quality System and Regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate development builds across value streams.
• Facilitate launch build planning and commercialization readiness.
• Provide indirect people management and development.
• Travel requirement: <25% domestic and/or international.
• Work onsite three days a week with remote flexibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Experience managing complex projects in regulated industries.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience in new product or process development.
• Green or Black Belt in Design for Reliability and Manufacturability.
• Ability to lead and influence diverse teams.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare technology and supply chain management.
• Experience in medical device industry is a plus.
• Advanced degree in relevant engineering discipline is a bonus.
