Program Manager - Product Engineering - Remote

Overview

As a Program Manager within our Product Engineering department, you will orchestrate cross-functional initiatives while ensuring teams have the resources, guidance, and clear project plans needed to deliver high-quality software.

In Short

• Establish and optimize program management processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily meetings, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation for multiple projects simultaneously.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, driving mitigation strategies and resolution.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through effective, proactive communication and transparent reporting.
• Coordinate capacity planning across engineering teams to optimize resource allocation.
• Track and communicate program status, metrics, and milestones to leadership.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives alongside product and engineering management.

Requirements

• Experience in program or project management.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution.
