Requirements

• Resident in Argentina with availability in Buenos Aires.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams.
• 7+ years of experience in software shipping.

• Advanced English skills.
• Great relationship builder.
• Knowledge of software design concepts.
• Transformational leadership skills.
• Data analysis skills for informed decisions.
• Ability to handle competing priorities.
