TextNow is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Core Product engineering team, responsible for delivering world-class messaging and calling features for our users.

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience managing iOS and/or Android teams.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in mobile development.
• Proficient in Swift, Kotlin, Objective-C, or Java.
• Experienced in real-time communication technologies.
• Skilled in building and scaling messaging and calling features.
• Passionate about coaching and mentoring engineers.
• Adept at working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communicator for technical concepts.
• Experienced in Agile methodologies.
