• Built and scaled a high-performing engineering team.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other teams.
• Facilitate planning, prioritization, sequencing, and staffing of work.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years of engineering management experience.
• Experienced in front-end development and modern frameworks.
• Passionate about improving user experience.
• Skilled at collaborating with stakeholders.
• Thrives in ambiguous situations.
