• Lead the Infrastructure and Platform teams at CoinTracker.
• Implement scalable infrastructure and platform foundations.
• Establish a roadmap for developer productivity improvements.
• Deliver key shared services adopted across all product teams.

• Guide the evolution of architecture toward modular systems.

• Manage a team of 5-6 engineers.

• Experience in crypto or financial systems is a bonus.

Requirements

• 2+ years of engineering management experience leading infrastructure or platform teams.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure or platform engineering.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Familiarity with enterprise-grade software requirements.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make pragmatic trade-offs.
• Strong architectural instincts for scalable solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business impact.
• Excellent communication skills.
