Alma is seeking a mission-driven Engineering Manager to join our Platform Infrastructure team. We are dedicated to designing, implementing, and maintaining Alma’s technology infrastructure.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering.
• 1-3 years of people management experience.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Experience with scaling challenges and best practices.
• Systems thinker with a holistic view of component interactions.
• Pragmatic decision-maker focused on practicality.
• Clear and engaging communication style.
• Experience with DEI best practices in leadership.
• Passion for Alma's mission to improve therapy access.
